✨ An Eternal Bond Beyond Lifetimes | Guru Purnima 2025
๐️ Save the Date: Guru Purnima 2025 – Thursday, July 10
๐ In a world full of conditions, one bond stands unconditional…♾️♥️
Ever felt like people are with you only until you’re useful?
We live in a world where love often comes with terms and conditions — wealth, youth, power, popularity…
But when all that fades?
So do people.
Except one.
Your Guru ๐ค
๐ค Think about it:
Would someone still stay with you when you're of no use to the world?
This is where the bond between Guru and Shishya (disciple) shines — pure, selfless, and timeless. When the whole world turns its back, your true Guru walks beside you… sometimes, even across lifetimes.๏ฎฉูจู๏ฎฉ๏ฎฉูจู♡๏ฎฉูจู๏ฎฉ๏ฎฉูจู
Want proof?
Here’s a true story that gives literal goosebumps — the story of Paramhansa Yogananda and his beloved disciple Kashi.
๐๐ผ A Guru’s Love… Beyond Death
Kashi, a 14-year-old spiritual student at Yoganandaji’s school, once asked innocently:
"Gurudev, can you tell me about my future journey?"
Without intending to, Yoganandaji replied in deep meditative insight:
“You will leave your body soon.”
Shocked silence followed.
Kashi’s face fell. He was just a boy. The disciples sat frozen.
Later, worried, he returned to his master and asked a soul-piercing question:
"If I die… will you find me again?"
"If God allows, I promise… I will," the Guru answered.
And he meant it.
๐ But Destiny Had Other Plans…
Before leaving on a trip, Yoganandaji gave Kashi one simple instruction:
“No matter what, don’t leave the ashram. It’s a sacred energy field that’s protecting you.”
Soon after, Kashi’s father came to take him home. Kashi resisted, remembered the Guru’s warning, and stood firm.
But after emotional blackmail and threats of involving the police, Kashi gave in.
He went home.
He ate food not meant for his spiritual body.
He contracted cholera.
And… he passed away.
๐ข “You killed my son!”
When Yoganandaji returned and heard what happened, he rushed to Kashi’s home.
Crossing the Howrah Bridge, he saw Kashi’s father — dressed in mourning white.
Unable to contain the storm within, he leapt from the carriage, eyes blazing, and shouted:
"Hatyare! You killed my son!"
But even in grief, the Guru’s love didn’t stop.
He had given his word.
And he would keep it — across lifetimes.
๐ Six Months of Divine Search
For six months, Yoganandaji meditated deeply, used yogic techniques, raised his hand like a divine antenna, and searched the astral world.
He even sent out a spiritual radio call through his Ajna chakra (third eye):
“Kashi, where are you? Return to me…”
People stared. Mocked. Laughed.
But he didn’t care.
Because true Gurus never quit on their disciples — even if the disciple has left the body.
⚡ The Day He Found Him Again
One day, in a bustling Kolkata market, Yoganandaji suddenly lifted his hand…
And stopped.
“He’s near. Kashi is close.”
Like a GPS locked on, he turned corner after corner until he stopped in front of a house.
He knocked. A servant opened.
Inside stood a couple.
Yoganandaji asked:
“Is your wife expecting a child — for the past six months?”
Stunned, they nodded yes.
He smiled: “That child is Kashi, returning.”
๐ถ๐ป Kashi 2.0 – A Soul Reborn
A few months later, the couple gave birth to a fair-skinned boy with a tuft of curly hair on his forehead.
Exactly as Yoganandaji had predicted.
The child showed an early inclination toward spirituality. And when he came of age, he wrote a letter to the same Guru — who was now in America:
“I want to take sannyas. Please accept me.”
Yoganandaji smiled.
He had kept his promise.
❤️๐ฅ The Takeaway?
In a world where friends vanish with failure and love fades with age…
A true Guru never leaves.
Even after death, even after lifetimes, they search, wait, guide.
So next time you feel lost, ask yourself:
๐ฑ “Did I forget the one who never forgets me?”
