Swarna Seva Mahotsav - 50th Incarnation Day of Prernamurti Shriji

With floral fragrance all around.. Swift ripples of Sabarmati flowing to its destination..Chirpy birds awaiting the incarnation of our beloved Prernamurti Shriji! ..

Finally the day arrived. A gentle wave of energy dispersed across surroundings, as every heart brimmed with enthusiasm and exuberance. A divine soul with radiant eyes, embracing the path of righteousness and wisdom was incarnated in Ahmedabad, Gujarat! This day was 15th of December , which is celebrated as Prerna Diwas among devotees. This year would mark the 50th Awtaran Diwas of Shriji, immense joy among devotees!

Prernamurti Shriji and Bhagavad Gita.

One of the prominent shlokas of Bhagavad Gita which is imbibed by Shriji is -

जन्म कर्म च मे दिव्यमेवं यो वेत्ति तत्त्वतः।

त्यक्त्वा देहं पुनर्जन्म नैति मामेति सोऽर्जुन॥

Janma karma ca me divyam

evaṁ yo vetti tattvataḥ

tyaktvā dehaṁ punar janma

naiti mām eti so ’rjuna(4.9)

One who understands the divine nature of My birth and actions, O Arjuna, upon leaving the body, does not take birth again in this material world but attains My eternal abode.

Let's understand the shloka !

- Janma means birth, and Karma means actions. Krishna is saying that His birth and deeds are "Divyam" or divine, which means they are not like the ordinary births and actions of humans. His appearance in the world is for a higher purpose, to establish dharma and guide humanity.

- Yo vetti tattvatah: Whoever understands the true essence of Krishna’s divine birth and actions, not merely as stories but in their deeper spiritual significance, transcends the cycle of birth and death.

- Tyaktva deham: Upon leaving the body (death), such a person does not (Naiti) reincarnate (Punarjanma) again in the material world.

- Mām eti: Instead, they attain liberation and come to Krishna’s eternal spiritual abode, Arjuna.

This verse teaches the path of liberation by realising the divine nature of Krishna’s incarnation and surrendering to Him with devotion.

Prernamurti Shriji encourages Her disciples that their birth and actions are divine (divyam), unlike ordinary beings, who don't walk the path of righteousness and spirituality. One can see Shriji's incarnation and unconditional Sewa all are for the benefit of all creation.

Furthermore, Shriji explains - 'Those who understand the true, divine nature of one's birth and deeds, through devotion and knowledge, transcend the cycle of birth and death (samsara). They attain liberation (moksha) and unite with the Supreme.' Thus everyone should take a time out and unite with the Divine by meditating or by practising Yoga, one must introspect what they have done the whole day and how they can make everyone cheerful in this gloomy world.

Live your Life Shrimad Bhagavad Gita Style, exclusively by Shriji

1. Live with Detachment and Purpose:

Recognize that your actions (karma) have significance but don't be attached to the outcomes. Like Krishna's divine actions, your actions too can be part of a larger, divine plan if you surrender to a Higher Purpose.

FOLLOW THIS!

In your daily chores, don't be overly concerned with rewards or recognition. Perform your duties with dedication and leave the results to a higher power. This mindset brings inner peace and keeps negativity at bay! Next,

2. Engage in Selfless Service:

Like Shri Krishna's deeds were always for the benefit of humanity. In your daily life, try to engage in acts of kindness and selflessness, without seeking personal gain.

Shriji Guarantees inner contentment, serenity and in depth wisdom! Try it!

3. Seek Spiritual Knowledge:

You know what? Krishna emphasises that understanding the Divine is key to liberation. Take a time out for spiritual learning and reflection, whether through scripture, meditation, or other practices. This will help you realize the impermanence of material things and connect with the Eternal.

Can't sort how to manage your time? Here's how

Dedicate a few minutes every day to reading spiritual texts like the Gita and introspect on 1 shloka that you've read! You'll enjoy this activity and will find a new perspective of life.

Easy? Thank us later!

4. Surrender to a Higher Power:

Surrendering to God or the divine will allow you to move beyond ego and attachment. Once You become an instrument of divine will, you will feel a sense of freedom and satisfaction.

At times when you have to take difficult decisions or face worse situations, instead of stressing over outcomes, trust that the universe or divine forces are guiding you. And exclaim Whole heartedly" Prabhu Main Tera, Tu Mera! "

This last refuge to the lotus feet of Krishna will pull you out from every odd situation, states Shriji!

So, readers! Hope you have completed the above given task of introspection in point 3 . Now, you'll stand tall and powerful because by now you have understood the following -

1. Freedom from Fear of Death: By understanding the divine nature of birth and karma, one realizes that the soul is eternal and only the body perishes. This eliminates fear of death and provides inner calm.

2. Liberation from the Cycle of Rebirth (Moksha): The ultimate benefit is attaining liberation from the cycle of birth and death. When you live in harmony with divine principles, your soul progresses toward liberation, freeing you from worldly suffering.

3. Inner Peace and Contentment: Embracing this understanding allows you to live with greater peace. You know that every experience is temporary and that ultimate union with the divine is your true goal.

4. Spiritual Progress: By focusing on divine teachings, you cultivate virtues like humility, compassion, and detachment, leading to spiritual evolution.

Prernamurti Shriji: The Living Embodiment of Narmada's Grace and Compassion

During the Tour to Jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh, a heartwarming moment unfolded when Shriji visited an elderly woman by the banks of the Narmada. Though they'd never met, the old mother saw Shriji as none other than Narmada Maiya herself and, overwhelmed with devotion, offered Her homemade kheer. On that blessed day of Narmada Jayanti, Shriji’s presence not only filled the woman’s heart with joy but also inspired her sons to give up their addictions.

Setting Forth on the Path Ahead Shriji's aim was to provide water to the villagers, their village was situated at the bank's of River Narmada, where the villagers endeavour to get water. When Shriji embarked on a village tour, because of Her attire and impressive personality, people from unknown villages misunderstood Her as a collector and started describing water woes. Upon hearing the problems of all the villagers, Shriji interrogated the sarpanch and some of his helpers and ordered- 'Action should be taken immediately. "It should be acted upon immediately. Take recourse to media, Twitter, etc., and print their problems on the front page of the newspaper. This work should not stop, but flourish and there must be a water system in the village. At least, they must get drinking water. Looking at this love and affinity of Shriji, the faces of the villagers blossomed with happiness and a ray of hope in mind that their problem would definitely be solved.

Furthermore, Shriji glorifies that the bank of river Narmada is full of mystic personalities. It is said that Rishi Markandeya, the father of Maha Mrityunjay Mantra, is still circumambulating the river. Many such saints and sages are present there to seek the truth and purpose of their lives. Disciples who are keen to rise from within and experience themselves must meditate near Narmada and experience a spiritual awakening!

Watch till the end - Ashwatthama still circumambulating river Narmada .

Prernamurti Shriji’s care for Cows

Shriji ensures every single cow is well fed before having Her Breakfast in Shri Leela Gaudham Gaushala, Vyaskshetra Barkal. Not only in Her Gaushala but also by Herself or Her disciples, She ensures the well-being of every single cow as much as possible in the nearby area.

Just a single call by Shriji is enough for every cow and calf to return back to Gaushala in the evening. All the cows enjoy the presence of Shriji in their Gaushala, thus some wait for Her to get fed and others just look at Her with utmost affection, and Shriji also takes care of them like Her own children!

Once Shriji visited a gaushala nearby, the calves there were equally malnourished as the cows.

As soon as the owner of the gaushala went out, Shriji untied the calves and set them free to have milk from their mothers. And fed cows with stubble and fodders.

By the time the owner arrived, the calves were tied back, satisfied!

Although the funny part was ,no or Very little milk was left for sale in the evening, leaving the owner confused!

Prernamurti Shriji's Tips to Avoid Procrastination: A Spiritual Approach

Procrastination can often sneak up on us, derailing our progress and creating unnecessary stress. Prernamurti Shriji offers simple yet profound tips to overcome this habit through spiritual practices that not only keep us focused but also uplift our minds.

1. Write Ram Naam: Whenever you have a free moment, take a pen and write “Ram” repeatedly. This simple act grounds your thoughts and fills your mind with positivity, preventing idle distractions.

There is a Ram Naam Bank where you can submit your Ram Naam Notebooks in Shri Leela Gaudham Gaushala.

2. Naam Jap and Chanting: When free, engage in naam jap (repeating the divine name) or chant devotional mantras. This practice strengthens mental discipline and keeps you connected to your favourite Ishwar

3. Social Service: One of the best ways to avoid procrastination is through selfless action. Use your time to serve others, whether it’s helping someone in need or participating in community activities. Take a pledge to make a destitute smile.

4. Sankirtan and Meditation: Join in sankirtan (devotional singing) or take time for meditation. Both practices calm the mind, reduce anxiety, and help you focus better on your tasks.

By embracing these practices, you can transform idle moments into opportunities for spiritual growth, staying centred and purposeful in all you do.
