International Yoga Day 2022

 From 2015 onwards, International Yoga Day is observed to spread consciousness among the people about the importance of Yoga and its effects on human health. Yoga is an exercise to balance the body with the mind. It originated in ancient times and was practiced by yogis. Yoga includes exercise, meditation, and breathing techniques. Derived from the Sanskrit language, the word “Yoga” refers to uniting.
